Dear Resident,
As the effort on improving the communication and understanding between resident and the JMB, the resident manager with JMB commitee will have a door to door survey to get the latest update information from the resident, beside that we do appreciate all the resident can open their door to freely discuss with us what the problem their see and how their can share the thought together to build up the Park Avenue image. This is the time as well for JMB to meet up with all the owner whom so far not able to attend those meeting we held previously, as least you knew who is running this building operation and knew whom to look for when having problem regarding the building,I hope all the resident can enjoy such meaningful event together. Below is some information on the survey date & time

Untuk makluman semua penghuni Park Avenue Kondominium.
1. Perbadanan Pengurusan Bersama Park Avenue Kondominium (PACJMB) akan menjalankan aktiviti bancian penduduk untuk mengumpul data dan mengemaskini maklumat penghuni Park Avenue Kondominium.
2. Selain itu,bancian penduduk bertujuan untuk mengenalkan penduduk kepada pengurusan yang baru iaitu Perbadanan Pengurusan Bersama Park Avenue Kondominium (PACJMB) dan Perunding Pengurusan (Management Consultant) bagi Park Avenue Kondominium.

Aktiviti ini akan diadakan pada tarikh dan masa seperti di bawah :
