Astro Down

As everyone have notice our block A astro been down and certain channel can't be browse due to the amplified and booster install on the roof top have been spoil, first is water leaking and damage the devices and there is no services to those item since day one, to fix this item cause 1.5k + 300 service charges . I think it is not cheap hopefully there will be more maintenance job to audit those equipment bi-weekly to ensure everything is working as per stated without any sudden suprised which will cause us money, i believe anything if been take care well it will not be spoil so easily

this the device whom cause the problem for astro


this babe sure is not a cheap device to mess up with


seem like a very simple mechanism to the product

At last thanks to our management office staff on their efficiency in rectified the problem and solve it. Hopefully all the staff can improve their level of service and maintain the efficiency level to improve our Park Avenue in the future, as for now let us join force to clean up all the mess from HB and BR and work toward a better Park Avenue

    frustated with PA resident especially block A. Pls dont simply scold/f**k our management for simple problem like ASTRO. They are working to rectify the problem until late night.

    you should thanks to them instead.

    That's really bad in scolding the management people, the thing spoil is due to the water leaking. I hope those resident have some tolerance level on certain issue

    lain kali kalau resident complain maki-maki, cakap kat depa terima kasih banyak-banyak..

    tapi kalau depa yang maki tu tak bayar maintenance cantik, minta tolong maki depa balik..

    Booster kat blok A level 8 rosak...

    RM dah ambik alat tu untuk dibaiki tadi, tp munkin ari ahad ni tak siap coz kedai tutup.., mungkin isnin ni siaplah..

    sabarlah ya semua, rumah saya pun tak dapat astro ni,malam ni pakai antenna lah rasanya...

    Hi i am not sure, whether u guys has any problem receiving 8TV ? as for my house dun have astro i cannot watching 8TV thru Astro , this happen since i move in 3 years ago, i did complaint to the management twice, but their answer is, ask me to install astro. I am thinking whether is there any wayaring problem of receiving 8TV?

    using the common cable ? anyway why not you download the complain form & fill in, sent to the management office. So that there can follow up the case, at least you can knew what the reason behind the problem right , either cable or the port got problem let them do the checking

    have you try 708?...if you can get tv3 through astro, of course you can get 8tv...

    so far I dont have any problem with 8tv through astro

    FROM BLOCK B OWNER,

    MAY I KNOW THE LITTLE 3 STALLS OPEN INFRONT OF JUSCO, DOES THEY PAYING ANY RENTAL TO PARK AVENUE? SORRY TO SAY THAT I FEEL IT LOOK WEIRD THAT STALLS ARE OPEN INSIDE THE CONDO AREA, AND IT IS AT THE TURNING CORNER. I STRONGLY SUGGEST MANAGEMENT NOT TO ALLOW ANY OF THE RESIDENT TO OPEN ANY STALL AT OUR CONDO.
